Our aim is to ensure that anything that is repairable is handled on site, which is why we have an assortment of parts readily available. In the event that we are unable to repair your equipment there and then, we will transport your plant machinery back to our fully equipped workshop where we will carry out the work.

No job is too big or too small for us. From full engine rebuilds to engine transmissions, we work tirelessly to get your equipment back up and running again.

Trained Experts

With all of our engineers having safety passports, we are able to access most sites immediately. Thanks to this, we’re able to offer a rapid turnaround and ensure that there is no delay in getting somebody there to fix the machinery as soon as possible.

At Cm Mechanical Services Ltd, our staff are all fully trained and qualified, meaning that we can carry out work on your site where possible. What’s more, our workshop has an assortment of welding and fabricating facilities with an overhead crane that has a 5Tonne SWL, allowing us to complete more complex and heavier repairs at our premises when required. We also have our own transport which enables us to collect and deliver pieces of Machinery that requires work carrying out at our workshop.

Welding Repairs Bucket

We can offer complete refurbishment to all different kinds of Mechanical Buckets that includes General Purpose buckets, Excavator Buckets, Ditching Buckets to Mini Digger Buckets. The specification of these refurbishments is up to the client we can do a from basic material to a pack repair that will extend the life of the Bucket when using with High Abrasive materials such as Granite.

Inline Boring

We can offer an In-Line Boring service both on site and at our Workshop the photograph illustrates our equipment in action. This can be used as an example when replacing worn Bushes and pins.

Grab Overalls

A complete refurbishment service is available for different types of Grabs that includes Clamshell Grabs Orange Peel Grabs and Dredging Grabs which are all suited to different applications. The refurbishments would be to our customers’ requirements and business needs.

On-Site Welding Repairs

We have a Fully equipped Mobile Welding Vehicle so we can offer our clients an on-site welding service.

Scrap Handling Grabs

We can offer our customers a complete overhaul of Mechanical or Electrically operated Grabs with the specification of materials used to carry out the repairs controlled by the client and depending on the application requirements of the Business.
